Thaipusam is more than just a festival to the Indian Culture, it’s an expression of faithy, sacrifices and devotion. Every Year, thousands of devotees take part in the celebration carrying out rituals that have been passed down through generations. But, all these moments need to be captured right? Every year photographers play an important role in preserving and sharing the beauty and spirituality of the festival. Through their lenses, they managed to capture the essence of sacred occasion, showcasing moments of emotion and vibrant traditions. As we all know, Penang’s Thaipusam is equally grand and @jegaphotography’s shots of the chariot in Penang offers a glimpse into the celebration, showcasing the rituals over there that were done to the ones who have missed it. The portraits taken were beautiful, vibrant with colors and culture. There were also photographs he took in Batu Caves that were equally beautiful.
