The government through KPKT has accepted the development of the Harmoni MADANI People’s Residency Programme (PRR) in Bestari Jaya. This project, estimated at RM 75 million, will be co-founded by the federal government (RM40 million) and the Selangor state government (RM35 million). Berjaya Corporation Berhad (BCB) has provided approximately 8.09 acres of land at Ladang Tinggi Estate for the development which will be executed by PR1MA Corporation Malaysia.
