Tamil Nadu Government School Students Embark on Educational Trip to Malaysia, Receive Encouragement from Superstar Rajinikanth

A group of government school students from Tamil Nadu has set off on an educational trip to Malaysia as part of a state initiative to provide international exposure. Adding to the significance of the trip, Tamil Nadu’s School Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, also accompanied them, making the journey even more special.

Tamil Nadu’s School Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh, recently shared a touching moment involving Superstar Rajinikanth that has since gone viral on social media. The legendary actor had an unexpected yet meaningful interaction with a group of government school students who were preparing for an educational tour to Malaysia.

As part of the Tamil Nadu government’s initiative to provide international exposure to students, 52 government school students were given the rare opportunity to travel abroad. Just as they were departing from the airport, they had a surprise encounter with Rajinikanth, who took a moment to greet them and extend his best wishes, making their journey even more special.

The minister shared insights about the meeting, highlighting the importance of the initiative. Under the leadership of Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, the Tamil Nadu government has been facilitating international study tours for government school students, with this trip to Malaysia being the eighth such educational excursion. For many students, it was their first time experiencing air travel, making the journey even more significant.

Minister Anbil Mahesh reminisced about Rajinikanth’s humble and inspiring nature, noting how the superstar encouraged the students in his signature style. His words of support added to their excitement and served as a source of motivation, making the trip even more unforgettable.

In his social media post, the minister conveyed his appreciation for Rajinikanth’s thoughtful gesture. He mentioned that the students felt truly honored by the superstar’s words and emphasized that such encouragement from a legendary figure would inspire them in their future pursuits. The minister also assured Rajinikanth that his best wishes would be passed on to the students, further boosting their confidence and enthusiasm.

In his social media post, he stated that the travel itinerary was carefully planned to include visits to historically significant sites, educational and scientific institutions, and landmarks representing Indian heritage.

As part of this journey, Minister Anbil Mahesh also mentioned that they visited Merdeka Square (Dataran Merdeka) along with the students.
