Jey Prabakaran Thevar Gunasekaran, a 28-year-old from Kuala Lipis, Pahang, made global headlines in 2024 by setting a world record for continuously exercising for 15 hours. Now, he is pushing his limits once again, embarking on a new mission to achieve three records in the Malaysian Book of Records this year.

With unwavering determination and relentless perseverance, Jey is set to take on yet another extraordinary challenge, further cementing his name in the world of fitness and endurance. To achieve this, he follows a rigorous daily training routine.

“I will be attempting these records at a fitness center in Kuala Lumpur. My family, including my mother, along with my friends, have given me their full support for this journey,” he shared.

Furthermore, Jey Prabakaran, widely known as Dr. Kjey, revealed that he had commenced his training for these three record-breaking attempts earlier this year. He emphasized that rigorous preparation and discipline are key to achieving these milestones, and he has been fully committed to his intensive training regimen from the very beginning.

“I train three times a day, and since all three records I am aiming for this time primarily involve the use of my legs, I have been intensifying my training in that area. Additionally, I have made adjustments to my diet to maintain a well-balanced and disciplined eating routine,” he stated.

Despite encountering numerous challenges and obstacles, he firmly expressed his belief that his rigorous training would ultimately lead him to success. Furthermore, Jey Prabakaran stated that such endeavors would serve as a source of inspiration for the younger generation in the years to come.
