Manulife Insurance Berhad has announced the launch of its latest medical insurance solution, Manulife Health Saver Enrich (MHSE), a plan designed to support Malaysians at every stage of their healthcare journey, from prevention and treatment to full recovery.

The innovative plan is positioned as an end-to-end healthcare solution, providing not only financial protection during illness but also encouraging proactive health management through preventive care. MHSE promotes early protection, including vaccination against disease such as dengue, influenza, cervical cancer, and pneumococcal infection, demonstrating Manulife’s commitment to holistic well-being.

If illness does occur, the plan covers both impatient and outpatient treatments, followed by post treatment follow-up care, including cancer screenings after recovery. This makes MHSE one of the few plans in the market to offer such comprehensive coverage, aimed at ensuring customers are protected through all phases of healthcare, from prevention to recovery.

What sets MHSE apart is its suite of value-added benefits tailored for accessibility and long-term value. Among its key features is a dual discount structure that includes:

  • An industry leading No Claims Discount (NCD) of up to 40% on the medical cost of insurance, with tiered adjustments based on claims during the insured period.
  • A family discount of up to 10%, helping Malaysian families gain access to quality coverage at more affordable rates.

The plan also offers flexible coverage options with dynamic pricing based on individual needs, making it adaptable to a wide range of financial situations and healthcare requirements.

Vibha Coburn, CEO of Manulife Malaysia said ,“At Manulife, we understand that health insurance is not just about coverage; it’s about partnering with our customers on their health journey. I am thrilled that we have been able to launch a solution to suit our customer’s holistic medical needs. Our goal is to provide long-term protection, value and peace of mind to our customers and their families, so they can focus on what truly matters – living a healthy, fulfilling life.”

In conjunction with the launch, Manulife also introduced the MHSE Guaranteed Conversion Program. The limited-time offer, available from 11th April-30th September 2025, allows existing Manulife customers with selected medical products to convert to the new MHSE plan without medical underwriting. The conversion also includes a waived waiting period, priority processing, and personalized coverage assessment.

“This conversion program ensures our long-standing customers can also benefit from our latest innovation in a seamless way. With a waived waiting period, priority processing and personalized coverage assessments, we are making the switch from an existing medical plan to MHSE both easy and rewarding,” added Vibha Coburn.

Manulife Health Saver Enrich reflects the company’s broader vision of empowering Malaysians with proactive and accessible healthcare options in alignment with its long standing commitment to health, wealth and financial security.
