While it is common for schools to host farewell ceremonies to honour retiring teachers for their dedication and service, SJKT Kulim—a Tamil school in Kedah—went a step further. Kunasegaran served as the security guard at SJKT Kulim for an impressive 16 years. He began his service at the school in 2009 and remained a dedicated presence until his retirement.
