Locations include the Isha Yoga Centre in Petaling Jaya, as well as centres in Brickfields, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Penang, and Seremban. Each session lasts between 45 minutes to 60 minutes and is designed to be accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.
