In conjunction with the International Day of Yoga (IDY) 2025, Isha Malaysia is inviting the public to take part in a series of free yoga and meditation sessions happening throughout June. These sessions aim to promote inner balance, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
Held both online and in-person, the sessions will be guided by experienced Isha Yoga facilitators and require no prior experience. Locations include the Isha Yoga Centre in Petaling Jaya, as well as centres in Brickfields, Ipoh, Johor Bahru, Penang, and Seremban. Each session lasts between 45 minutes to 60 minutes and is designed to be accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds.
Highlights of the Programe:
- Free yoga and meditation sessions (45-60 minutes)
- Suitable for all age groups and fitness levels
- Available online and at physical locations across Malaysia
- Opportunity to experience the ‘Miracle of Mind’ app, a free tool for mindfulness and mental clarity
- Participants receive take-home resources to continue their practice.
These sessions form part of a global initiative led by Sadhguru and the Isha Foundation, aimed at making yoga accessible to all and fostering inner wellbeing. The theme for this year’s IDY celebration is ‘Well-being of Body and Miracle of Mind’
