naturally carry yourself with more ease. A few small hygiene habits, like maintaining clean skin,
fresh breath, and neat hair can make a big difference in how you see yourself, and how others

Oral Care

Ever since childhood, our parents and teachers have reminded us about the importance of oral
care. Yet, as we grow older, many tend to overlook it. The truth is, oral hygiene goes far beyond
preventing cavities—it also shapes the way we present ourselves. Fresh breath and a healthy
smile can instantly elevate your confidence, especially when interacting with others.

a) Brush and Floss Daily
Use an appropriate toothpaste along with a soft-bristled toothbrush, and make it a habit
to brush your teeth twice a day.  Flossing daily helps remove food particles
and plaque from areas your toothbrush can’t reach, preventing gum disease and cavities
while keeping your teeth looking fresh.
b) Rinse your mouth with mouthwash

pads helps maintain cleanliness and prevents discomfort.
