AirAsia Issues Travel Advisory on Mandatory “All Indonesia” Arrival Form

AirAsia wishes to inform all guests traveling to Indonesia that, in accordance with the latest directive from the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia, it is now mandatory to complete the All Indonesia arrival form within three (3) days prior to arrival in the country. Guests can access the form through the official portal at https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id/ or by downloading the All Indonesia mobile application, available on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

The requirement to complete the All Indonesia form fully replaces the need for any other arrival or declaration documents, including the Electronic Customs Declaration (ECD). Passengers who have submitted the All Indonesia form are not required to fill out any additional forms upon arrival.

“The implementation of All Indonesia will greatly help our guests save time and avoid long queues at their destination airport in Indonesia. We encourage all AirAsia guests to complete this form before departure to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival process,” said Eddy Krismeidi, Head of Indonesia Affairs & Policy at Indonesia AirAsia.

The All Indonesia system integrates customs, immigration, health, and quarantine procedures into a single platform, streamlining the arrival process for international travelers. Dedicated lanes are also available for selected passengers, ensuring a smoother and more secure clearance experience.

AirAsia reminds all guests to ensure that the All Indonesia form is completed accurately with the correct details in order to avoid any potential delays or issues upon arrival at the airport.
