Navaratri, the sacred nine-night festival dedicated to the nine forms of Goddess Durga, will be celebrated from 22 September to 2 October 2025. Each day of Navaratri is marked with unique rituals and offerings, allowing devotees to seek blessings, prosperity, and spiritual growth. Across the Klang Valley, many temples have prepared elaborate celebrations for these nine nights, and several have warmly invited devotees to join in the devotional ceremonies and festivities.

Geeta Ashram, Petaling Jaya

Geeta Ashram in Petaling Jaya, the premier centre for Geeta teachings in Malaysia, warmly invites the public to join their Navaratri celebrations this year. Experience the devotion, rituals, and festive spirit as the Ashram commemorates these nine sacred nights.

Kuil Sri Maha Mariamman, Sri Serdang

If you are near Seri Kembangan, don’t miss the chance to visit Kuil Sri Maha Mariamman, Sri Serdang, where the temple will be conducting auspicious nine-night rituals in celebration of Navaratri.

Kuil Sri Subramaniya Swami, Kajang

Established in 1905 in Kajang, Kuil Sri Subramaniya Swami will once again celebrate Navaratri with joy and devotion this year. The temple warmly invites everyone to join the daily rituals starting at 5:00 PM, followed by cultural performances at 8:00 PM.

Kuil Sri Maha Mariamman, Bandar Puteri

For devotees in Puchong, Kuil Sri Maha Mariamman at Bandar Puteri warmly welcomes you to join their Navaratri celebrations. This year, the temple has prepared a series of special events throughout the nine nights. Those interested in hosting a night’s rituals are encouraged to contact the temple management for more details.
