The event is being co-organized by multiple associations, including the Malaysian Hindu Sangam (Perak State Council), the Malaysia Hindu Dharma Mamandram (Perak Branch), the Perak State Hindu Priests Association, and the management of the Sri Siva Subramaniar Temple in Kampung Kepayang. Additional collaborators include the Ipoh Hindu Devasthana Paripalana Sabha, the Perak Tamil Schools Headmasters Association, as well as other local and regional supporting organizations.

The primary goal of the Thirumurugar Maanadu is to enhance awareness of Hindu spirituality and values among attendees, with a special focus on addressing moral and behavioral challenges faced by students in primary and higher education. The organizers believe that this conference will provide vital guidance on ethical living and positive behavior, essential for the youth of the community.

The Thirumurugar Maanadu is anticipated to draw approximately 2,000 Hindu devotees from across the region.  The organizers strongly encourage parents to bring their children, recognizing that participation in such teachings can profoundly influence young minds and foster a deeper understanding of their cultural and spiritual heritage.
