After Bollywood producer Boney Kapoor announced recently that his next Tamil film will also be with Ajith;directed by H Vinoth.
Janhvi Kapoor, will be making her debut in Tamil with this project playing a pivotal role opposite Ajith as per the dream of her mother, the late Sridevi.
The films’s pooja is expected to happen at the end of August and the shooting for the film is planned to kick start from the first week of September. Meanwhile, an official announcement on the cast and crew is expected to be made soon.
The film which is tentatively called ‘Thala 60’ is said to be full of thrill, adventure and a whole lot of action. Boney Kapoor had earlier revealed that the script suits Ajith’s personality and it also incorporates Ajith’s passion for sports and racing.
Interestingly, Ajith made a cameo appearance in Sridevi starrer ‘English Vinglish’, after which his association with Boney Kapoor started. Meanwhile, Ajith’s upcoming film ‘Nerkonda Paarvai’, which is the official remake of Bollywood film ‘Pink’ is all set to hit the screens on August 8. The film is produced by Boney Kapoor and directed by H Vinoth.
