PROTON has officially unveiled the All-New Saga, marking the most significant upgrade to Malaysia’s iconic sedan since its first introduction in 1985. Carrying the theme “Four Esteemed Decades, a Future Without Limits“, the launch celebrates not only a new model but the legacy of a national symbol cherished by millions of Malaysians.
The launch was officiated by YB Senator Tengku Datuk Seri Utama Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz, Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre.

The All-New Saga is built on PROTON’S Advanced Modular Architecture (AMA), a fully Malaysia owned, future-ready platform that strengthens the company’s engineering capability and paves the way for global standard vehicle development. This achievement highlights PROTON’s growing confidence and technical independence.
PROTON revealed that the All-New Saga has already received over 20,000 bookings, reflecting Malaysians’ excitement for its modern features, refreshed design and improved driving performances.

The All-New Saga is offered in three variants: Standard, Executive, and Premium and comes in five stylish colours: Marine Blue, Space Grey, Ruby Red, Armour Silver, and Snow White. With the launch rebate applied, pricing for Peninsular Malaysia starts at RM37,990 for the Standard variant, RM43,990 for the Executive, and RM48,990 for the Premium. In East Malaysia, the Standard variant is priced at RM39,990, followed by RM45,990 for the Executive and RM50,990 for the Premium.
