AirAsia is proudly celebrating its 24th birthday with a special Birthday Sale, offering up to 24% off base fares on all seats across all flights. From humble beginnings with just two aircraft to becoming one of the world’s most recognized low-cost carriers, AirAsia continues to redefine value, convenience and choice for travelers throughout the region.

To share this milestone with its customers, the airline is launching the sale today running until 7 December 2025. The promotional fares apply for travel between 6 January 2026 till 30 November 2026 via airasia.com or the AirAsia MOVE app.

The sale covers a wide variety of travel interests:

  • For beach lovers, discounted flights are available to popular getaway destinations such as Langkawi, Kota Kinabalu, Lombok, Phuket, Nha Trang and more.

  • For those seeking culture and urban vibes, flights to destinations including Bangkok, Medan, Hanoi, Perth and others are also discounted.

  • For long-haul travelers, the sale extends to flights operated by AirAsia X including routes to destinations such as Taipei, Chengdu, Osaka, Sydney, and even newer routes to cities like Tashkent and Istanbul.

AirAsia is celebrating its birthday by offering a fare discount along with an additional 24% off seat-selection fees for both Standard Seats and Hot Seats if passengers book during their initial flight reservation. This means travelers can enjoy both lower fares and reduced seat selection costs. AirAsia encourages everyone to take advantage of this promotion and book early to secure some of the most affordable fares for travel in 2026.
