Persatuan Kebajikan Sri Saradha Devi Illam Malaysia has successfully concluded its public fundraising campaign after raising RM800,000 to secure a permanent home for the 54 girls under their care, marking a significant milestone in the organisation’s journey spanning over two decades.

The fundraising campaign, launched to ensure a long-term stability and security, was aimed at purchasing a permanent property for 54 underprivileged girls currently sheltered at the home. With the target now fully achieved, the funds will be used exclusively for the property purchase, ensuring a safe, stable and nurturing environment for the children.

The management committee expressed its heartfelt gratitude to donors, volunteers, media partners, influencers and members of the public who supported the campaign from financial contributions to spreading awareness and keeping the home in their prayers.

“True service is done without noise or expectation. When hearts move in
compassion and actions arise from selflessness, grace takes care of the rest.
In giving without attachment, both the giver and the receiver are uplifted.”
