In conjunction with Thaipusam 2026, which will be celebrated on February 1, 2026, the Ministry of Human Resources will organize the MADANI Bhakti Thaipusam 2026 programme. This initiative aims to promote harmony, community spirit, and inclusive development in alignment with the Malaysia MADANI vision.
The MADANI Bhakti programme reflects the Ministry of Human Resources’ continued commitment to engaging the community by bringing essential services, skills development opportunities, and career support closer to the people during the festive season.
The four-day programme will take place from 29 January to 1 February 2026 at Batu Caves, Kuala Lumpur with the service counters operating daily from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Visitors will be able to access a wide range of services related to welfare, social protection, workplace safety, skills training, and career development in an open and welcoming environment.
The highlight of the programme is scheduled for 30 January 2026, with the attendance of Prime Minister YAB Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, accompanied by Minister of Human Resources Dato’ Ramanan Ramakrishnan, underscoring the government’s ongoing commitment to unity, inclusivity and community engagement.
Throughout the programme, the KESUMA booth will feature participation from agencies including:
- HRD Corp: Success stories from MISI 1.0 & 2.0, awareness of VETRI MADANI skills programmes, and e-LATiH Hub access.
- PERKESO: LINDUNG counter covering social protection laws, health screening bus services, and career profiling.
- PTPK: Information on MyPerkasa TVET Portal registration, loan repayments, and eligibility assessments.
- NIOSH: Workplace safety and health programmes, awareness training, and VR technology exposure.
- TalentCorp: MyMahir SkillsLab, MISI 2.0 success stories, programme registration, internship opportunities, and incentives for youth and job seekers.
The MADANI Bhakti Thaipusam 2026 programme aims to deliver direct benefits to the public, not only through services but also by providing inspiration, learning opportunities and support for future career planning, in line with KESUMA’s efforts to strengthen workforce well-being and employability.
