Following the strong critical and commercial reception of With Love, filmmaker-actor Abishan Jeevinth has confirmed that he will be teaming up once again with producers Soundarya Rajinikanth and Magesh Raj Pasilian for a new project.
The announcement was made during a press interaction held to celebrate the film’s success since it’s release on 6th February 2026. Also present at the event were co-stars Anaswara Rajan, and Kavya Anil, director Madhan and the producers.
Reflecting on his journey, Abishan described his transition from director to actor as “life coming full circle”. He also recalled meeting Superstar Rajinikanth after taking on his first acting role, calling it a deeply memorable moment. Expressing gratitude, he thanked his co-stars and producers for their continued encouragement throughout the film’s making and release.
Directed by debutant Madhan, With Love has resonated with audiences, earning favorable reviews and collecting over 12 crore at the Indian box office. The romantic drama follows a couple attempting to reconcile their past while building a new relationship.
Sharing an anecdote from a recent phone call, Abishan recalled Soundary Rajinikanth asking him, “is this how success feels like?”, He said the moment boosted his confidence and reaffirmed the trust placed in him by the producers.
Abishan confirmed that the trio will reunite for a ‘new and big film,’ with further details to be announced later. The producers had earlier backed his directorial Tourist Family, continuing a collaboration that now looks set to expand further.
