Marriott International Asia Pacific excluding China (APEC) has unveiled an enhanced line-up of guest experiences under its Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy programme, reinforcing its commitment to intentional and responsible travel across the region.

The initiative now features nearly 100 curated experiences across close to 80 participating hotels in 12 APEC markets. Anchored on two core pillars, Community and Environment, the programme is designed to foster deeper connections between travellers and the destinations they visit, while supporting local communities and ecosystems.

According to John Toomey, Chief Commercial Officer, Marriott International, APEC, the enhanced programme reflects the growing demand for purposeful travel experiences. “The enhanced Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy programme reinforces our commitment to delivering meaningful experiences for guests. Today’s travellers are seeking deeper engagement with the destinations they explore, and this initiative supports that intention while serving communities and the environment,” he said.

Ramesh Jackson, Regional Vice President, Indonesia & Malaysia, Marriott International, highlighted Malaysia’s unique role in the programme. “Malaysia’s cultural richness and natural diversity provide an inspiring foundation for meaningful travel. Through Good Travel with Marriott Bonvoy™, our hotels are creating immersive experiences that celebrate heritage, empower communities, and promote responsible environmental practices,” he said.
