After dedicating 38 years to her career, Saroja Egamparam has achieved a remarkable milestone by fulfilling her lifelong dream of becoming a lawyer after retiring as a superintendent.

Last Friday marked a significant achievement in Saroja’s career as she officially began her role in the legal profession. What makes this journey even more inspiring is that she will be working alongside her daughter, Yaashnipriya Baskaren, a professional lawyer at Chambers of Siva. Saroja expressed her excitement about this unique opportunity to collaborate closely with her daughter.

Yaashnipriya shared how proud she is of her mother for deciding to pursue law at this point in her life. She said it was a complete surprise to see her mother follow her passion, even after retirement.

Saroja Egamparam’s story serves as an inspiring example that age should never be a barrier to pursuing one’s dreams. Her determination to pursue her childhood aspiration is a testament to the idea that when you set your mind to something, you can truly make it happen. Her journey encourages others to follow their passions, regardless of the obstacles or the timing.
