The Malaysian women’s doubles badminton pair, Thinaah Muralitharan and Pearly Tan, have successfully advanced to the quarter-finals of the All England Open 2026, taking place in Birmingham.

The world-ranked No. 2 duo defeated the South Korean pair of Lee Seo Jin and Lee Yeon Woo in straight sets, winning 21-14, 21-14. Their victory not only showcased their skill but also set the stage for an exciting quarter-final matchup.

Next, Thinaah and Pearly will face the Indonesian duo of Febriana Dwipuji Kusuma and Meilysa Trias.
