Ravi Mohan’s upcoming film “Bro Code” is set to undergo a title change following a trademark dispute involving the production company and a beverage brand. The controversy emerged after Indo Spirit Beverages asserted its ownership of the registered trademark “BRO CODE,” which it has used for its liquor brand since 2015. The beverage company argued that the film’s use of the same name could create confusion among the public and potentially harm its brand reputation.
The movie “Bro Code,” featuring an ensemble cast that includes SJ Suryah, Ravi Mohan, Arjun Ashokan, and Shraddha, is directed by Karthik Yogi. Anticipation for the project grew after Ravi Mohan Studios released a teaser video in October 2025, showcasing the film’s star-studded cast. However, the excitement was tempered by the legal dispute that followed.

In light of the ongoing conflict, Ravi Mohan Studios has decided to drop the legal case and is working towards a settlement with Indo Spirit Beverages. Although an official announcement regarding the new title has yet to be made, updates are expected soon.
Due to the trademark dispute, promotional activities for the film have been placed on hold. However, fans can look forward to fresh updates from the production house in the near future, as they prepare to reveal the film’s new title and resume promotional efforts.
