Malaysia Airlines has announced that the suspension of its Doha services will be extended until March 20, 2026, due to security concerns in the region. Initially, the Doha services were extended starting February 28 because of the airspace closure.
The airline assures passengers that it is closely monitoring the situation through ongoing risk assessments and the relevant Notices to Airmen (NOTAMs) before resuming operations.
In the meantime, Malaysia Airlines is increasing its widebody capacity between Asia and Europe to support onward journeys and reunite families. Flights will operate on carefully planned alternative routes that avoid the affected regions.
All other services, including flights to Jeddah (JED), Madinah (MED), London (LHR), and Paris (CDG), continue to operate as scheduled.
Malaysia Airlines has emphasized that the safety of its passengers remains the company’s top priority.
