Nestle Malaysia Appoints Rajesh Singh to Lead Supply Chain Across Three Markets

New leadership move strengthens operation across Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei

Nestle Malaysia has announced their new executive director Rajesh Singh for supply chain, overseeing operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. His appointment was effective on 1st April 2026.

In his new role, Rajesh will be responsible for managing important reas including procurement, export operations, logistics, customer service and supply planning. He will be overseeing a supply chain that is RM6.5 Billion value, reflecting the importance of scale in the region.

Originally from Rahang Kecil in Negeri Sembilan, Rajesh bring 15 years of leadership experience within the Nestle group. Prior to joining Nestle, he gained experience in the automotive industry, adding to his broad profession background, adding to his broad professional background.

His academic journey spans over few countries, including France, Japan, Australia, UK, and the US. He has studied at institutions in Paris School of Business, Columbia University, and London Business School. In addition he is affiliated with Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in UK.

Beyond corporate responsibilities, Rajesh is active in community work as well. He serves as the president of Persatuan Hoki Daerah Seremban (PHDS), while mentoring youth in areas such as education and employability. He is also involved in supporting Sikh community initiatives, including the Istri Empowerment Fund at Gurdwara Sahib Seremban.

In the same announcement, Nestle Malaysia also named Normalis Mohd Sharif as executive director of human resources, further strengthening it’s leadership team. With this announcements, the company continues to reinforce it’s focus on operational excellence and talent development across the region.
