The 15th Silent Knight International Karate Cup took place from April 17 to 18, 2026, at Stadium Titiwangsa in Kuala Lumpur. This international competition featured 2,000 athletes from nine different countries.
Among the participants was Yuvika Mahaganapathy, a Form 4 student from SMK Taman Melawati in Kuala Lumpur, who made her school and country proud with her outstanding performance.
Yuvika demonstrated exceptional skill, determination, and discipline throughout the tournament, earning two impressive medals on the international stage. She won a Gold Medal in the Junior Team event, where her team triumphed over Sri Lanka in a thrilling match.

Additionally, she secured a Silver Medal in the Junior Under-66 kg category, finishing as the runner-up after a challenging bout against an athlete from Indonesia. In a closely contested bout against a formidable opponent from Indonesia, she fought valiantly but finished as the runner-up.
Yuvika’s achievements are a testament to her fighting spirit, relentless effort, and dedication to the sport of karate. She serves as an inspiration to many young athletes, showing that with determination and hard work, they too can achieve greatness in karate and pursue their dreams with passion and perseverance.
