Dato’ Sri R. Ramanan Celebrates 934 Sungai Buloh Students at SPM 2025 Excellence Programme

On May 9, 2026, a total of 934 students gathered in Kota Damansara for the Program Sumbangan Pelajar Cemerlang SPM 2025, a special initiative held to celebrate the academic achievements of students from Sungai Buloh.

Human Resources Minister Dato’ Sri R. Ramanan who is also Member of Parliament for Sungai Buloh stated that the event recognised not only students who obtained the highest scores in the SPM examination, but also those who achieved 4As and above, acknowledging the hard work, sacrifices and determination behind every success.

During the programme, a total of RM318,900 was distributed to 934 recipients as a form of encouragement and support for students to continue pursuing their dreams and improving their families’ future through education.

Dato’ Sri R. Ramanan appreciated  HRD Corp, particularly its Chief Executive Officer, Shamir Aziz, for supporting the initiative together with the Sungai Buloh Parliamentary Service Centre. In addition, Dato Seri R Ramanan also made an announcement regarding the contribution of 10,000 bicycles for youths within the Sungai Buloh parliamentary constituency, which will be distributed in the near future to benefit local young people.

The programme concluded with words of encouragement for students to continue striving for success, remain committed to their education, and never lose hope in building a brighter future for themselves and the nation.
