Malaysian single’s shuttler K. Letshanaa has stated that she is determined to carry her impressive Uber Cup form into the upcoming Malaysia Masters. Following Malaysia’s encouraging campaign in the Uber Cup, Letshanaa is feeling more motivated ahead of competing on home ground.
During the Uber Cup, Letshanaa played a crucial role in helping Malaysia reach the quarter-finals, marking the team’s best achievement in 16 years. Despite losses of 4-1 to Japan and 3-0 to China, Letshanaa stated that the confidence she gained will serve her well in the Malaysia Masters.
Her performances throughout the tournament showcased her growth and composure against strong international opponents, earning her praise from the audience.

With the Malaysia Masters approaching, Letshanaa aims to deliver another strong performance while also working to improve her world ranking. She hopes to begin her Malaysia Masters campaign with a victory against Denmark’s world No. 41, Amalie Schulz, in the first round, and is preparing for a potential second-round clash against Japan’s world No. 9, Tomoka Miyazaki.
