SJKT Tun Sambanthan students has again proven that age has no barrier to innovation after achieving a remarkable success at the World Young Inventors Exhibition (WYIE) 2026.
The school won one gold medal and two silver medals through creative and meaningful inventions.
Herbal Guard Floss Wins Gold
The school’s biggest achievement is “Herbal Guard Floss” team invention which won gold medal. The team had six students named Danyashree T Nimalan, Thivyasree Thirumuha Devon, Sharvaiys Mangondaar Mugunthan, Amaardheesh Sivakumar, Rnrakshvinavth Ravi and Anjana Sivakumar.

Their innovation highlights creativity, teamwork, and scientific thinking which impressed the judges at the competition.
Creative Ideas Wins Silver Medals
Another team invention is called “Anti Double Park System”, which won a silver medal for it’s practical solution to address double parking issue.

The team members for this is Movthika Kavidasan, Keerthika Sritheran, Lavith Sharma Roy Mohan Roy, Anshika Shashi Kumar and Katiirvel T Nimalan.
Meanwhile, the “TASSY” invention won several medal too, and it is a environmentally friendly and creative concepts through plant-based and sustainable ideas.

The team member names are Yoghee Dharshini Jaganthan, Abbhirami Sundramoorthy, Thishan Ganesan, Shasthika Anandan, and Subiksha Sahadevan.
Making the School Proud
The achievement of the students is a pride for SJKT Tun Sambanthan, this highlights the growing importance of STEM education among young students.
