Students of SJKT Ladang Labu Bahagian 4 can look forward for a bigger modern learning environment as a new collaboration will support the relocation and development of the school’s new campus in Negeri Sembilan.
Matrix Concept Holdings Berhad, a property developer, will be contributing 50 percent of the total project cost for phase 1 of the development. This marks a significant investment in the future of Tamil education in the area.

According to Matrics Concepts Co-Chief Executive Officer Tan Sze Chee, construction for Phase 1 is expected to complete by October 2027, with essential development cost of RM8.9 Million.

In the proposed plan, the new campus will have four-storey academic block with 12 classrooms, science and computer laboratories, a library, preschool facilities, administrative offices, a multipurpose hall, canteen, school field, guardhouse, and other educational facilities. Tan said the company is happy to support the school’s journey from it’s beginning within a small estate community to a larger and more conductive environment.

The Memorandum of Collaboration (MOC) between Matrix Concepts and the Board of Governors of SJKT Ladang Labu Bahagian 4 was signed in a ceremony, which had Negeri Sembilan state executive councillor YB Tuan Arul Kumar, and Matrix Concepts founder and Group Executive Deputy Chairman Lee Tian Hock.

Now the school has around 20 students, and the new campus is expected to accommodate a larger student population, supported by the communities surrounding and the anticipated growth from upcoming developments under Malaysia Vision Valley (MVV) City project.
