In a significant moment of pride, two sisters, P. Mevishka Isha and P. Darlinia Isha, have achieved remarkable success by winning awards in two major competitions. Both sisters participated in the Kids Got Talent Malaysia National Grand Finals 2026 and the World Championship Grand Finals for the Speech Solo Performance category.
They both excelled in their respective categories, bringing honour to their school, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil Permatang Tinggi, Penang.
Kids Got Talent Malaysia National Grand Finals 2026
Mevishka Isha, the elder sister, competed in the storytelling category for ages 9 to 11. Her extraordinary performance earned her the title of 3rd Runner-Up in her category. Meanwhile, the younger sister, P. Darlinia Isha, participated in the storytelling category for ages 6 to 8 and impressively secured 1st Runner-Up.
Darlinia’s outstanding performance has earned her an opportunity for an online audition for Season 21 of America’s Got Talent. Additionally, she received an invitation to receive a special award at the Anugerah Bintang Negara, which will take place in August 2026.
World Championship Grand Finals Speech Competition 2026
In addition to Kids Got Talent, both sisters also took part in the World Championship Grand Finals Speech Competition 2026, held in Bangkok, Thailand, from May 23 to May 26, 2026. P. Mevishka Isha won a silver medal in the age 9-10 category, while P. Darlinia Isha also claimed a silver award in the age 7-8 category. Furthermore, both sisters were recognised with the Top 10 Popularity Award in the competition.
The achievements of P. Mevishka Isha and P. Darlinia Isha have brought immense pride to their parents, school, and community.
