Students from Zenith Private Schools Klang made their mark on international stage after winning Gold and Silver Medals at the World Young Inventors Exhibition (WYIE) 2026. The event was held in conjunction with International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX) 2026.
The competition is one of Asia’s largest platforms for invention, innovation, and technology, which brings participants together from different countries and institutions. Zenith students has impressed the judges with their creativity, scientific thinking and innovative ideas.

Gold Medal for CardioBerry
The school’s secondary team won Gold Medal for their project “CarioBerry”, and the students names are, Vadivelan A/L Jeevah, Kavinesh A/L Jayasimen, Shaundaryalaharee A/P N.Gopalan, Mannveer Singh Khaira, and Misha A/P P. Balasubbiramanyam. The project had a potential impact and practical use, earning praise of the judges.

Silver Medal for Smart Mini Greenhouse
Meanwhile, Zenith’s Primary team won Silver Medal for their project “Smart Mini Greenhouse”. The team members name for this project is Joothesh Wilhelm Mani, Lau Haan Xiang, Sabine Amelie Binti Heddy Humaizi, Thaneshwarran A/L Barthiban and Shayswin A/L Saravanan.
The project showcased environmental awareness, creativity, and innovative problem-solving, which got the team to earn recognition on international stage.

Both teams were guided by Mr Thanes Gunasekeran. His mentorship and encouragement played a important role in getting the students ideas into award winning projects. The school has shared it’s appreciation to Principal Ms Judith Anthony for her leadership to promoting innovation and excellence. And CEO Mr Thiagarajan Sinnu for his support in empowering students to go beyond classrooms.
