Westin Hotels & Resorts is rolling out a series of wellness-driven experiences across its properties in Asia Pacific as wellness travel continues to shape meaningful journeys. The core pillars which guides are “Sleep Well, Eat Well and Move Well”. The initiatives are designed to help guests maintain balance, restore energy and reconnect with themselves while travelling.

The Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort
At the Westin Maldives Miriandhoo Resort, guests experienced the Sunrise-to-Starlight Reset Series, a full-day wellness journedy aligned with the natural rhythm of the island. The programme included sunrise breathwork sessions, beach fitness activities and a mindful nutrition workshop. As the day progressed, guests participated in a sunset run, followed by the sound healing, oracle card reading, art theraphy and closing fire ritual focused on reflection and renewal.
The Westin Singapore
At The Westin Singapore, wellness came alive through multi-sensory experiences led by wellness practitioners. Highlights included floating sound baths at the infinity pool overlooking Marina Bay, face yoga sessions by Yoga teacher Dawn Sim, and kombucha-making workshops by Kombucha Works founder Katherine Sng. Each activity was designed to encourage relaxation, self-care, and mindful pauses within an urban setting.
The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali
At The Westin Resort & Spa Ubud, Bali, the resort collaborated with ASICS Running Club and ACS Bali Foundation for a 5-kilometre sunrise run through rice fields and village landscapes. The activity also incorporated plogging, combining jogging with litter collection, reinforcing the connection between personal well-being and environmental responsibility.
The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali
At The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, guests and community members participated in a half-day wellness programme focused on balance and intentional living. Activities included sunrise meditation by the ocean, healthy cooking demonstrations, an Eat Well lunch, and a personalised herbal alchemy workshop. The experience concluded with a sunset gratitude ritual featuring sound healing and reflection, alongside the launch of the resort’s Wellness Day Pass.
The Westin Manila
At The Westin Manila, a three-day Wellness Weekend brought together guests and the local community through a diverse line-up of activities. The programme featured a wellness market showcasing local lifestyle and wellness brands, floating sound baths, and an urban wellness retreat in collaboration with SAMA Well-being, offering yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation, and recovery sessions.
Through these initiatives, Westin Hotels & Resorts continues to strengthen its commitment to holistic well-being, creating spaces where guests can pause, reset, and restore balance throughout their stay.
