SJKT Ramathasar Penang made another milestone with the inauguration of it’s new entrance and exit route, a development expected to improve safety and convenience for students, parents, and teachers.
The ceremony also had a ambitious vision by Jelutong MP YB RSN Rayer, who shared his commitment to make SJKT Ramathasar the first school in Malaysia to have fully air-conditioned classrooms.

The initiative is his belief that every student deserves a comfortable and conductive learning environment that helps them to focus better and improve academic performance. The project would place the school among the few schools in the country to have air-conditioning facilities in every classroom.
Improving Safety and Traffic Flow
The newly opened entrance and exit route is expected to bring benefits to the school community. The new access point will help to improve traffic flow in school, especially during peak hours when students arrive and leave.

It will also improve student safety by reducing congestion and make it easier for parents and teachers to enter and exit the school compound. The improvement is taken as a important step in creating a more organized and safer school environment for everyone.
Continued Support for School Development
According to the school, YB RSN Rayer has always supported SJKT Ramathasar’s development over the years. During his tenure as Member of Parliament for Jelutong, RM400,000 was allocated for the school for many reasons, including infrastructure upgrades and development projects.

These contribution have helped to improve facilities and create better learning environment for students. The latest initiative sees the importance of investing in quality educational facilities and creating a environment where students can succeed. School leaders and community members hope all the initiatives, will contribute to the school’s growth and excellence.
