Manmohan A/L Nathan has represented Malaysia at Youth World Summit 2026 in Paris, France which took place on 11th June to 14th June. He was part of it with young leaders, policymakers and changemakers around the world.
The event had participants from many countries to talk about important global issues which is affecting the present and future generations. It’s a space for youth leaders to exchange ideas, share experiences, and have discussions on sustainable development and international cooperation.
They had to discuss on important topics like youth policy and global governance, peace and security, climate action, sustainable development goals (SDGs), leadership, diplomacy, global citizenship and youth participation in decision making.
The event is organised by huge international frameworks like United Nations Youth, Peace and Security Agenda, the European Union Youth Strategy 2019-2027, and UN Youth 2030 Framework.

This help to make sure the discussion is relevant to current global challenges and encouraging youth people to play a bigger role in shaping future policies and development efforts.
For Manmohan being part of Youth World Summit is another milestone in his journey. Before this, he represented Malaysia at Universal Youth Leadership Summit (UYLS) 2025 in Maldives and the Youth Dialogue Forum 2025 in Dubai.
Manmohan considers himself to still learn and grow as young leader, Manmohan believes the knowledge, experience, and networks gained can be shared with Malaysian Youth.
His participation at the Youth World Summit 2026 shows the growing role of Malaysian youth on international stage and importance of empowering young people to contribute meaningful for national and global development.
