Prominent Malaysian entrepreneur, Brahmal Vasudevan has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of CTOS Digital Bhd, effective July 1, 2026. He succeeds Datuk Noorazman Abd Aziz, who is retiring after serving as chairman since February 2020.
The appointment marks a significant milestone for CTOS Digital as Brahmal brings more than three decades of experience in investment management, corporate strategy, and business leadership. His appointment also reflects the relationship between CTOS Digital and Creador, the private equity firm owned by Brahmal Vasudevan. Creador is CTOS Digital’s largest shareholder with a 20.784% stake through Jade Vine Sdn Bhd.
A Leading Figure in Private Equity
Brahmal Vasudevan is known as the founder and chief executive officer of Creador, a private equity firm established in 2011. The firm focuses on investing in high-growth businesses across South and Southeast Asia. Under Brahmal’s leadership, Creador has built a strong reputation for investing and partnering with promising companies and helping them to achieve long-term growth.

Strong Corporate Experience
Brahmal has gained extensive corporate experience where held key positions across several multinational corporations and leading organisations. Throughout his career, he has worked with Malaysian Tobacco Bhd, Boston Consulting Group, British American Tobacco and Astro, building expertise in strategy, operations and corporate development.
Before founding Creador, Brahmal served as general partner and managing director at ChrysCapital Investment Advisor (S) Pte Ltd from 2000 to 2011, where he gained extensive experience in identifying investment opportunities and driving business expansion.

Strengthening CTOS Digital’s Future
As non-executive chairman, Brahmal is expected to provide strategic oversight and guidance to CTPS Digital’s board while supporting the company’s long-term vision. The chairman plays a crucial role in ensuring strong corporate governance, effective decision-making and sustainable business performance.
His appointment comes at a time when businesses are increasingly relying on digital data, analytics and technology-driven solutions, positioning CTOS Digital to benefit from experienced leadership as it continues to evolve in Malaysia’s digital economy.
In a separate announcement, CTOS Digital also appointed Datuk Iswaraan Suppiah as an independent non-executive director. Formerly the group chief operations officer of AmBank Group, Iswaraan brings extensive experience in digital transformation, artificial intelligence adoption and operational excellence, further strengthening the company’s leadership team.
