If you’ve been dreaming of a Disney holiday, this summer is bringing even more reasons for you to visit Singapore. Disney Cruise Line partnered with Sentosa to launch A Magical Island Adventure, a three-month celebration that transforms the island into a Disney-inspired destination filled with attractions, family activities, and exclusive rewards.
Happening from 24th June to 20th September 2026, the event extends the magic of the Disney Adventure cruise beyond the ship, allowing visitors to enjoy themed experiences across Sentosa before or after their cruise holiday.
7 Disney-themed Areas Come to Life
During the event, different parts of Sentosa will be transformed with experiences inspired by 7 themed areas abroad the Disney Adventure cruise. From the Sentosa Cable Car Line and Sensoryscape to Palawan Beach, The Palawan and the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, visitors can enjoy interactive displays, themed installations and many photo opportunity throughout the island. Among the highlights is a six-metre inflatable anchor of Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, while glowing manta ray installations inspired by Disney’s Moana will light up the waterfront after sunset. On selected weekends, visitors can also have the chance to meet their favourite Disney characters in a special meet-and-greet session. To know more, you can check out their website.
The Magic Begins Before You Reach the Island
The Disney experience starts before guests arrive at Sentosa. In early July, the Sentosa Express monorail will received a Disney Cruise Line makeover, welcoming visitors with artwork that features Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse from the time they board at VivoCity.
The celebration goes to Sentosa Cable Line as well, where stations at Sensoryscape, Imbiah Lookout, and Siloso Point will have Disney Cruise Line-Inspired displays and themed photo spots. Guests travelling will also spot artworks inspired by areas abroad the Disney Adventure such as Toy Story Place, and Disney Discovery Reef.
Follow Moana’s Journey in Sentosa
Fans of Disney’s Moana can have a dedicated experience at the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, where the adventurous spirit of the film is live.
Visitors can look into the beautifully designed Moana-inspired installations while children take part in the Wayfinder’s Workshop, where they can create their own Kakamora and Heart of Te Fiti crafts. In the evening, the area changes with colourful lighting, giving visitors a completely different look when it’s dark.
The adventure continues onboard the Disney Adventure cruise as well. Guest can watch new live-action Moana Film at Baymax Cinemas, enjoy the live production ‘Moana: Call of the Sea’, at Wayfinder Bay, or relax at Wayfinder Bar while taking in ocean views.
Collective Exclusive Disney Souvenirs
Visitors can also bring home special souvenirs only available during the event. Those who complete the A Magical Island Adventure quests will unlock the opportunity to purchase a limited-edition beach tower of the collaboration.
Guest can collect stamps from different activity points around the island to redeem a commemorative sticker sheet. At the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia, evening visitors will get a collectible postcard that can be mailed through the iconic Southernmost Point Post Box.
Exclusive Rewards to Disney Adventure Guests
The collab also offers a value for guest sailing on the Disney Adventure. From 24th June to 1st October 2026, anyone who books a Disney Adventure cruise holiday will get a complimentary Sentosa Discovery Choice Pass, which gives them access to one attraction of their choice on Sentosa.
