The Ministry of Education (MOE) is stepping up preparations for the implementation of the 2027 School Curriculum, which will be introduced to Year One and Form One students beginning next year.

Education Minister YB Fadhlina Sidek said preparations for the intake of Year One students are already underway at all levels as part of the country’s education reform.

In a FB post, she said the reforms are guided by the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2026-2035 (RPM 2026-2035). According to YB Fadhlina, the blueprint will serve as the country’s strategic guide in strengthening the quality of Malaysia’s education system.

“The Malaysia Education Blueprint 2026-2035 serves as the strategic compass in our efforts to enhance the quality of the nation’s education,” she said.

Teked Programme Strengthens Public Engagement

YB Fadhlina also highlighted the MOE Tekad Programme which took place in the South Seberang Perai district. She said the programme serves as a bridge between the ministry, education community and the public.

She said all parties must work together to build a strong and better education ecosystem for Malaysian children. According to her, only through close cooperation can be the goals outlined in the Malaysia Education Blueprint 2026-2035 be successfully achieved.
