His achievement broke a record that had stood for 306 years, previously held by Scottish mathematician Colin Maclaurin who became a professor at the age of 19 in the year 1717.

By the age of 14, he had enrolled at Florida International University, where he continued to excel academically. Before celebrating his 19th birthday, Nathan had already completed both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering with honours; an achievement that reflects years of discipline, determination and dedication.
