Delve into the colours and flavours of Malaysia with the Majestic Bunga Raya Afternoon Tea. The afternoon tea brings together a beautiful fusion of Malaysian flavours and artistic presentation. Guests can savour local-inspired creations including Pandan Gula Melaka Sago Cake, Teh Tarik Layer Cake, Smoked Salmon, Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese Cucumber, alongside an indulgent selection of sweet and savoury bites. For those looking to celebrate with a hearty feast, Nook presents The Ultimate Merdeka Chow Down Buffet on Sunday, 30 August 2026, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm. The buffet promises an abundant spread of more than 100 local and international dishes, featuring premium seafood, live cooking stations and an indulgent selection of desserts. The celebrations continue into the evening with Live@Aloft: Merdeka Eve Countdown, happening on 30 August 2026 from 9pm to 12.30am at W XYZ Bar. Guests can look forward to a lively night featuring live band performances, fun activities, interactive entertainment and lite bites, creating the perfect atmosphere to welcome Malaysia’s Merdeka celebrations.
For those joining the buffet earlier in the evening, the Merdeka Buffet Dinner + Countdown Party package is available at RM 166 nett per person, inclusive of the Nook buffet dinner, 1 drink and access to W XYZ live entertainment, interactive activities and the countdown party. Guests who prefer to join the celebration later can opt for the Countdown Party package at RM 48 nett per person, which includes 1 drink and access to the live entertainment, interactive activities and countdown party.
