12 students from the Sungai Petani school celebrated an impressive success at the Borneo International Innovation Creativity Competition 2026, bringing home several awards for their creative work.
The award ceremony was held on 23rd August 2026 at the International Youth Centre in Kuala Lumpur, where the young participants were recognized for their creativity and innovation.
The school celebrated 3 Gold, 6 Silver, and 6 Bronze Awards, with 12 students named among the award recipients.

The achievement was a proud moment for the students, who had the opportunity to put their ideas and creativity to the test through the competition. More than medals, their participation also gave them a valuable experience and to build their confidence as young innovators.
The school also expressed it’s appreciation to the mentoring teachers, school administration and everyone who supported the students throughout the journey.
Achievements like this show what young students can do when their ideas are given the right platform. For SJKT Saraswathy, the success at BIICC 2026 is another proud milestone and one that could inspire more students to explore innovation and creativity in the years ahead.
