In a significant moment of pride, YDH Supt. Ganes A/L Arumugam has achieved another milestone in his policing career after being promoted from Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) to Acting Superintendent of Police (Supt.) and appointed as the Deputy District Police Chief of Kuala Muda, Kedah.
The achievement was warmly celebrated by Concerned Universiti Malaya Indian Graduates (CUMIG), which extended its highest congratulations to Ganes, a graduate of Universiti Malaya’s 2001 batch.

His latest appointment marks a significant step forward in his career and reflects his commitment to serving the community and country through the Royal Malaysia Police. As Deputy District Police Chief of Kuala Muda, he will take on important responsibilities in supporting district-level policing, leadership and public safety.
