As the wedding season approaches, M·A·C Cosmetics India reimagines the quintessential moments of an Indian wedding. M·A·C Cosmetics India brings the elements of a celebration of relationships, personalities and countless memorable moments together in its latest bridal campaign, ‘Forever in M·A·C’. Centred around the Indian wedding family portrait, the campaign captures the beautifully organised chaos surrounding the bride, from getting-ready moments to the final frame.

Building on M·A·C’s authority in bridal artistry in India that has stood the test of time, the campaign highlights M·A·C Artists and their craft – from creating each look on screen to taking centre stage across the campaign visuals. The film follows Tania Shroff as the bride, alongside Ujjwala Raut as her mother, Ankit as her brother, Subiksha Shivakumar as her bridesmaid and Nejm as her cousin, as they come together to create the family portrait. Behind the scenes, M·A·C Artists put the finishing touches on each look, bringing their artistry to every detail of makeup, hair, and styling. As the final touches fall into place, the film shifts between beauty close-ups, product moments, and the distinct personalities within the group before bringing them together for the final portrait – a bold expression of individuality, connection, and modern Indian bridal beauty. Since taking on the role of Global Creative Director at M·A·C Cosmetics, Nicola Formichetti has contributed his distinctive creative vision to the brand, moulding a bold new expression of M·A·C’s legacy of artistry and self-expression. “Forever in M·A·C” marks his first campaign created specifically for the Indian market, bringing that vision to one of the country’s most culturally rich and expressive moments – the Indian wedding. Through his lens, familiar traditions are reinterpreted with a distinctly M·A·C point of view, striking a balance between heritage and a modern, global sensibility.
On speaking about the campaign, he says, “M·A·C and India naturally belong together. India has this incredible beauty community – the love of colour, the artistry, the cultural richness. It’s not just about makeup. It’s about celebrating the individuality and tradition India brings. It’s a match made in heaven. Since the beginning, M·A·C has stood for artistry, individuality, and self-expression. This campaign stays true to that legacy, but it speaks to a new generation – one that moves seamlessly between tradition and modernity. It’s classic M·A·C, but reimagined through a fresh lens. We’re celebrating these beautiful moments, blending local relevance with a global perspective. That’s what makes the magic happen. We are honoured to celebrate these special moments with all of you. At M·A·C, we’re your toolbox of creativity, here to make these moments truly special and unforgettable.”
Every look in the campaign is styled to reflect the distinct yet relatable characters who come together to create the final portrait. Tania, the bride, makes her entrance wearing M·A·Cximal Sleek Satin Lipstick, bringing a modern take on timeless bridal glamour.
Subiksha, the bridesmaid, turns up the drama with Skinfinish Colourstruck Blush, while Ujjwala, the bride’s mother, wears M·A·Cximal Silky Matte Lipstick. Ankit, the brother of the bride, refreshes his look with Fix+, while Nejm, the bride’s cousin, defines her eyes with Colour Excess Gel Pencil Eye Liner.
Transforming a familiar Indian wedding tradition into a distinctly M·A·C celebration of artistry, together, these beauty moments bring the final portrait to life.
