Kedah is celebrating another proud moment at the Para SUKMA Selangor 2026 after athlete Joash Daniel Shan a/l Shanmugan clinched gold in the men’s TPB4 singles ten-pin bowling event.
Representing Kedah, Joash emerged victorious at Sunway Megalanes, Sunway Pyramid on September 7, 2026, securing the state’s third gold medal at the games. His achievement adds another inspiring name to the growing list of Malaysian Indian athletes making their mark on the national sporting stage.
The official results also confirmed Joash as the gold medallist in the Men’s Singles TPB4 category, ahead of Selangor’s Muhammad Razif Iskandar Abd Muiz, who took silver.
The Majlis Sukan Negeri Kedah congratulated Joash on his achievement while encouraging the state’s bowling contingent to continue their medal pursuit at Sunway Megalanes.
