Students from SJKT Saraswathy, Kedah have made their school proud after achieving multiple top positions at the National Level ICT Competition 2026, showcasing their creativity, digital skills, and determination across various categories.
Students Secure Top Positions in Three Categories
The school recorded impressive results across Website Designing, 2D Animation, and Tux Paint/Drawing.
In the Website Designing category, Varnikha A/P Novalan emerged as the champion, while Tharun D A/L Mathivanan secured second place. Shivaani A/P Vickneswaran, Thivyaasshiny A/P Sivapatham, and Shiddhaarthan A/L Ponarasu also performed well, finishing in fifth, sixth, and 10th place respectively.
For 2D Animation, Tarvin A/L Kumar secured second place, adding another national-level achievement for the school. Meanwhile, Niralyaa A/P Sasi Kumar emerged as the champion in the Tux Paint/Drawing category, while Pugalzhmaran A/L Premanad finished in 10th place.
Nine More Students Represent School at National Level
Beyond the students who secured positions, SJKT Saraswathy also recognised nine other students who represented the school at the national competition.
They were Yaathav A/L Novalan, Nithiyan A/L Surendran, Nittya A/P Muniandy, Sugathiiban A/L Kadiravan, Harrsa A/P Sugunthan, Darshikaa A/P Saravanan, Mathivathena Balamurugan, Santaasree A/P Kumaraveel and Sardhanaa A/P Subramaniam.
The school described their participation at the national level as an achievement in itself, highlighting the students’ courage, commitment and effort throughout the preparation and competition.
Teachers and School Community Recognised for Support
The school also expressed its appreciation to the headteacher, administration, PIBG, teachers, parents and students whose support contributed to the students’ participation and achievements.
Special recognition was given to ICT teachers Cikgu Leela Subramaniam and Cik Manimegalah Manimaran, who guided, trained and encouraged the students throughout their preparation for the national competition.
