The Selangor State Government, through Yayasan Warisan Anak Selangor (YAWAS), has opened applications for the 2026 Mesra Scheme, offering eligible senior citizens and Persons with Disabilities (OKU) an opportunity to receive the scheme’s benefits.
Applications officially opened now and will remain open until the registration quota of 50,000 applicants is reached or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
Who Can Apply?
Senior Citizens
Applicants under the senior citizen category must meet the following requirements:
- Be a Malaysian citizen.
- Be 60 years old and above.
- Be a registered voter in Selangor and currently residing in Selangor.
- Persons with Disabilities (OKU)
For the OKU category, applicants must:
- Be a Malaysian citizen.
- Hold an OKU Card issued by the Department of Social Welfare (JKM).
- There is no age limit for OKU applicants.
For applicants aged 19 and above, they must be registered voters in Selangor and reside in the state. For OKU applicants aged 18 and below, their parent or guardian must be a registered voter in Selangor and reside in the state.
When Does Registration Close?
Applications are open from 17 September 2026 at 8am until the 50,000 registration quota is filled or 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
Successful applicants will begin receiving the Jom Shopping voucher benefits in 2027.

Applications are available online only.
Applicants should scan the QR code provided on the official poster and ensure that all required information and supporting documents are submitted completely during the application process.
