A Deepavali Feast at Lemon Garden

Food lovers can look forward to a special Deepavali buffet prepared by Chef Brahmanand Yadav, featuring traditional Indian flavours, aromatic spices and a variety of dishes.

Among the highlights is Lamb Rogan Josh, featuring slow-braised lamb cooked with Kashmiri spices, onion, tomato and yogurt gravy. Seafood lovers can enjoy Goan Fish Curry, prepared with coconut milk, tamarind and coastal Indian spices, alongside Prawn Masala, and cooked with onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, and traditional Indian masala.

Another highlight is the Hyderabadi Dum Kambing Biryani, featuring slow-cooked lamb layered with saffron basmati rice, fried onions, mint, and traditional Hyderabadi spices.

Guests can also enjoy Lamb Boti Kebab, made with tender lamb cubes marinated in yoghurt, spices and herbs before being cooked in a tandoor. Completing the selection are Achari Fish Tikka and Lasooni Prawn Tikka, offering more Indian-inspired flavours to the festive spread.
