With 51 newly designed apartments, modern comforts, wellness facilities, and easy access to KLCC’s attractions, Mandarin Oriental offers a new way to experience city living.

Imagine waking up to views of the Petronas Twin Towers, enjoying a morning walk through KLCC Park and returning to an apartment that feels just like home, but with the added comfort of a luxury hotel.

That is the experience Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur hopes to offer with the launch of its newly renovated Service Apartments, bringing a fresh approach to residential stays in the heart of the city.

Located on the fourth to eighth floors of the hotel, the collection features 51 serviced apartments designed for both short and extended stays. Whether its business professionals relocating for work, embassy guests, families on holiday or those visiting Kuala Lumpur for longer assignments, the apartments offer the comfort of a private home alongside the hotel’s hospitality services.

A Home Away From Home With Modern Comforts

The newly renovated collection offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 75 to 190 square metres, giving guests different options depending on their needs.

Each apartment features a welcoming entrance, spacious living and dining areas, and an open-plan kitchen with a bar counter. The kitchens are fully equipped with premium Bosch appliances, including a combined washer-dryer, making everyday living easier for guests staying longer.

For entertainment, the living area comes with an LG 55-inch IPTV and a Bose smart soundbar, while the bedrooms offer private spaces with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The bathroom features Grohe and American Standard fittings, Kaldewei bathtubs and Feruni Traventino stoneware, adding a touch of elegance to the space.

Other modern features include bedside PowerMat wireless charging and Somfy Glydea Ultra motorized curtains, allowing guests to adjust natural lighting and privacy with the touch of a button.

Depending on the apartment, guests can also enjoy views of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, KLCC Park or the Petronas Twin Towers.

“Every element of the Serviced Apartments has been carefully considered to create a space that feels both elevated and intuitive,” said Anthony Tyler, General Manager and Area Vice President, Operations.

He added that the design focuses on balancing comfort and elegance to ensure guests feel at home throughout their stay.

Living Right in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur

One of the biggest highlights of the serviced apartments is their location.

Situated next to the Petronas Twin Towers, Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur places residents close to some of the city’s most popular shopping, dining, entertainment and business destinations.

Guests can easily access Suria KLCC Mall, which is directly connected to the hotel, while the lively Bukit Bintang district is also within walking distance.

For business travelers, the location provides convenient access to corporate offices and meeting venues around the city.

Those looking for a little peace away from the busy streets can also spend time at KLCC Park, located right at the hotel’s doorstep. The green space offers a relaxing setting for morning walks, outdoor activities, or quality time with family.

Wellness and Recreation Just Steps Away

Beyond the apartments, residents can enjoy an entire level dedicated to fitness, recreation and relaxation.

The hotel’s facilities include an outdoor 27-metre infinity pool, tennis and pickleball courts and a 24-hour Fitness Centre equipped with cardio and strength-training facilities.

A garden terrace also provides a peaceful outdoor setting where guests can unwind. For those looking to relax further, The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur offers a selection of wellness treatments inspired by Eastern healing traditions and modern therapy practices.

Guest can choose from signature massages, body treatments, advanced facials and personalized wellness experiences designed to help them relax and recharge.

With these facilities available within the hotel, residents can maintain their fitness and wellness routines without having to travel far.

Dining Options for Every Occasion

Food is another part of the residential experience, with guests having access to Mandarin Oriental’s selection of restaurants and dining venues.

Whether its a casual meal, a business dinner or an afternoon tea, the hotel offers several options:

  • Lai Po Heen: Authentic Cantonese cuisine
  • Mandarin Grill: Premium cuts of meat and modern grilled dishes
  • Lounge On The Park: Elegant afternoon tea
  • Mosaic: A buffet featuring local and international dishes
  • AQUA Restaurant & Bar: Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in a relaxed outdoor setting
  • MO Bar: Handcrafted cocktails accompanied by panoramic city views.

For guests who prefer to enjoy their meals privately, the hotel also provides 24-hour In-Room Dining, bringing restaurant-quality food directly to their apartments.

Meeting Spaces and Exclusive KLCC Privileges

The serviced apartments are also designed with business travelers in mind. Residents can make use of the hotel’s meeting and event facilities when hosting clients, colleagues or corporate gatherings.

Among the facilities is the Grand Ballroom, a large, column-free event space with a spacious foyer suitable for receptions and other functions.

Apart from business facilities, residents can also enjoy selected lifestyle privileges within the KLCC area.

These include access to selected events at Suria KLCC, exclusive offers at Petrosains-The Discovery Centre and the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra Hall, as well as wellness, community and seasonal activities through KLCC Pulse.

These additional experiences give residents more opportunities to explore the city’s cultural and lifestyle attractions during their stay.

Apartment Types, Rates and Reservations

The newly renovated collection includes three apartment configurations:

  • One-bedroom apartment: 75 square metres
  • Two-bedroom apartment: 123 square metres
  • Three-bedroom apartment: 152 square metres

All apartments include fully equipped kitchens, separate living and dining areas, modern appliances, and private bathrooms.

The apartments are available for both short and extended stays, with rates listed on the hotel’s website. For extended stays, rates are available upon request and are tailored according to the apartment type and length of stay.

Guests interested in checking availability or arranging a private viewing can contact Ms Maznah at MaznahM@mohg.com.

With its newly renovated apartments, central KLCC location and access to dining, wellness and lifestyle facilities, Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur offers a comfortable option for those who want to enjoy city living without giving up the convenience of a hotel.
