R. Priyadarshimi was crowned Mrs Malaysia World 2019/2020 last night, at a glitzy finale in Pavillion Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The 24 year old beat 34 women from all parts of the country to win the title.
Last year’s winner, Kokilam Kathrivailu, who was also the second runner up at the international pageant Mrs World 2019, passed on the crown to Priyadarshimi. The young entrepreneur took home RM 10,000 in cash along with a trophy and other prizes.
Hailing from Kuala Lumpur, Priyadarshimi will be representing Malaysia at the next Mrs World pageant in Las Vegas, USA on the 6th of December 2020.
Deepa Sreenivasan, 32 from Kuala Lumpur and Dr Hani Farhana Hasrul Sani, 34 from Sabah finished second and third respectively.
