Psychiatrist Dr Gurdeep Singh has been charged again at Magistrate Court for allegedly insulting the modesty of a former patient through improper conversation.
He was accused of uttering sexually charged words against the 26 years old victim with the intention for her to hear him at Kota Damansara Thomson Hospital. The incident has took place on February 12th last year and charged under Section 509 of the Penal Code for insulting the modesty of a former patient.
According to a report by the Malay Mail on October 18th when he was charged, he was accused of uttering offensive words at his former patient – who is also a rape survivor – at Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara at around 4.30pm on February 12th last year.
