Director Pa.Ranjith of Kaala and Kabali fame is currently busy with the shoot of Arya’s boxing based sports action drama Salpetta. The film is all about the boxing culture existed in North Madras. Salpetta also has Dinesh, Kaliyarasan, John Kokken, and Dushara in important roles.
Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music for the film, Murali G cranks the camera and Anbariv duo is choreographing the stunts for Salpetta.
The latest update on Ranjith is that he has been blessed with a baby boy named Miliran. Pa. Ranjith married Anitha during his assistant director days and they also have a baby girl.
Besides his directorial venture, Pa.Ranjith is also busy with multiple production ventures.
