Meet The Artist That Turned Disney Princesses Into Classical Indian Dancers

For this young artist⁠—a standout of the Disney characters—COVID-19 has meant a reorganization of her practice. On one level, she has involved the transition of Disney characters by making them don beautiful in traditional dance costumes. 

The London based professional artist Schaya Sri has recreated Disney Princesses in a whole new light, and the results are magical. The drawings of Disney princesses in Indian classical dance costumes have gone viral and it has amazed  the audiences around the world.

The professional sketch artist studied Art & Design in Croydon College, London. Schaya gave different Indian classical dance costumes to each Disney princess and an unique  Bharatanatyam pose.
